Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using SimpleMacro, a product by HuVaTo Design.

1. Medical Disclaimer

Important: SimpleMacro does not provide medical or nutritional advice.

The app, including the calculated macro goals and the AI Meal Assistant, is intended for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee that the calories or macros calculated by the AI are 100% accurate. Always consult a qualified doctor or dietitian before starting a new diet or fasting regimen.

2. Use of AI & Credits

SimpleMacro PRO users and Free users (with starting credits) gain access to AI-based features via a monthly credit system. We reserve the right to adjust the number of included credits per month to prevent abuse or overloading of the API.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

The purchase of a SimpleMacro PRO subscription is handled by our payment partner Lemon Squeezy. The subscription automatically renews monthly unless canceled before the renewal date via the Lemon Squeezy customer portal or the app settings. Refunds are processed exclusively according to Lemon Squeezy's terms and conditions.

4. Liability

HuVaTo is in no way liable for any direct or indirect damage, loss of data, health issues, or failure to achieve physical goals arising from the use of the SimpleMacro application.
